Remote Roof Survey
Design is Everything
We can carry out remote surveys to pinpoint repair requirements more precisely where required. This is entirely practical for clients only looking at condition surveys. Where there is no real maintenance requirement remote surveys can summarise the condition of a roof very simply and be sufficient for landlords to accept that tenants are in control of the risks to the building. Remote surveys start from £99 + VAT and can be very comprehensive covering access, roof condition and repair recommendations. No repairs are included.
Application of Remote Surveys
Accessing a roof will give us a great deal of direct information – but we can almost always visit and carry out a remote survey without accessing the roof and quote a fixed cost for repairs. Most of the information we need is predictable either for cost of design.
Over 80% of tasks are quoted without roof access on a fixed cost basis. This protects you from unnecessary working at height and gives you peace of mind about our approach to safety – if access isn’t necessary it won’t be the first option it will be the last.

All our quotations are fixed cost, safety managed to CDM2015 and scheduled to minimise disruption to your site and workflow. If a remote survey is inconclusive any unknown items will be quoted subject to confirmation. Almost all quotes are confirmed without a cost increase.
